Assistive Technology of Alaska - ATLA offers statewide no-cost equipment demonstrations, information and assistance, short term loans (as items are available) and awareness activities. Staff offer fee-for-service consultations, trainings and technical assistance in addition to re-selling assistive technology. Staff help search for funding options, develop partnerships with state agencies and organizations, and publish resource materials. The statewide Alaska Trading Post, an on-line searchable database of used equipment and devices for recycling program is coordinated by ATLA.
