Antonino Condorelli was born in Catanzaro, Calabria in southern Italy in 1973. In 2000, after years contributing to local newspapers, Antonino began freelancing and became a stringer for Italian agencies. He has covered sports and political events, as well as foreign social reporting. He has worked in Argentina, Burundi, Romania, South Africa, and Italy accomplishing features about psychiatric hospitals and Easter celebrations in Calabria and clandestine landings on the south Italian coasts. His pictures have been published in News from Babylon, Aktuàln.Cz, Novinky, Portland media Center, and in major Italian newspapers and magazines. He has exhibited his photos in Italy and currently is completing a long term project about gypsies in Europe. Antonino Condorelli is based in Italy and is represented in Italy by Omega fotocronache Milan, he also works on assignemnts for editorial subjects.
