The mission of URBAN FLOW is to provide donation-based yoga to San Francisco and beyond, to create community outreach programs to serve the under-served, and to establish a model that can be used in communities around the globe

Flow Yoga offers vinyasa style flow and powerflow yoga to the Pacific Northwest, Oregon, Washington. Located in Hood River, it is also a full service day spa with facials, massage, manacures, pedicures, waxings, and body treatments. Flow Yoga also offers Cycle Training classes, and Hot 26 yoga by Bikram certified instructors.
