Our mission is to strive to provide employees with safe and healthy workplaces and ensure economic security for all Missourians by promoting equal access to jobs, enforcing anti-discrimination laws and awarding payment of compensation to unemployed, injured workers and victims of crime. In addition, the Department strives to provide Missourians with equal employment opportunities while it also strives to prevent and eliminate unlawful discrimination.
