A unique 3 week program that gives teens the opportunity to play in a band, write and record an original song, film a music video, and go on tour!

The motivating force at Chappaqua Rocks is excitement! Kids and teens are placed into bands with others of similar age, taste and playing ability, and immediately begin making music. Regardless of level, students will be encouraged to explore the music they truly love.

Nestled in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Central Connecticut, Buck's Rock is like no other creative and performing arts camp. Founded in 1943 when a small group of campers gathered for its first summer, we are a low-key, non-competitive haven where artists ages 9-17 are free to choose their own projects and activities.

The premiere youth music ensemble program in the midwest; MYA is a full-curriculum music school with a focus on chamber music. Presently, MYA has five youth orchestras, more than 50 chamber music ensembles, three vocal ensembles, an all-inclusive jazz program, as well as classes in music theory and history.
