Communities for Quality Education (CQE), a national education advocacy group, seeks to build partnerships in support of a pro-public education agenda. CQE has highlighted the severe problems with the No Child Left Behind education law through innovative AYP studies and other education research. And CQE is the leading organization tracking the growing grassroots rebellion against NCLB.
