A student's disability and the paperwork describing that disability are confidential. Access to that information within the university is only available on a need to know basis. The Disability Resource Center will not release any information regarding an individual's diagnosis or documentation to any outside agency without the student's written consent or under compulsion of legal process. Information will be released only on a need to know basis, except where otherwise required by law. The Disability Resource Center maintains all records in a secure storage facility within our office.
