The POLICY Project bought to its work a strong background in program management and support, capacity development, advocacy, training, strategic planning, policy formulation, research, and monitoring and evaluation. POLICY staff also contributed their expertise in public health, gender analysis, law and human rights, economics and health finance, community mobilization, and data analysis and modeling.
