Puyallup Tribal Health Authority provides overall health, medical and spiritual care, as well as education and information on health care for American and Alaskan Indians.

Health Care Authority (HCA) administers 3 health care programs: the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB), Washington Basic Health Plan, and Community Health Services, and provides access to quality health care for more than 500,000 Washington residents. The HCA also oversees the Uniform Medical Plan (UMP), a state-administered, self-insured preferred provider plan that is available to active and retired state employees, as well as groups such as K-12 school districts and employer groups.
