IFSP, Individualized Family Service Plan, is developed by parents and early intervention service providers to meet the special need of young children, birth to three, with developmental delays and disabilities.

FamilyConnect, a site for parents of children with visual impairments, was created by AFB and NAPVI so that families could support each other, share stories and concerns, and find resources on raising their blind or visually impaired children from birth to adulthood.
