LifeSkills Learning Center offers classes for children ages 4 through adult in Saco, ME. We enhance the student’s overall sense of self by focusing on and celebrating personal growth milestones attained through the process of martial arts training. Positive reinforcement, behavior modeling, personal mentoring, and values articulation and demonstration are the process tools we use in class to re-enforce the material.
